Module 1: The Mentor’s Identity

From sales manager to the one who sets how the agency operates.

You move from the person agents run to for rescue into the person who installs a stronger identity under pressure. You see why ordinary sales management creates dependency, why the agency’s signal starts with you, why motivation fades and calibration lasts, and you draft the first version of your Agency Code, so it stops living only in your head.

Module 2: Diagnosing the Agent

Seeing the identity beneath the behaviour.
